Pakistan Raises Fuel Prices in Line With Global Rates

Pakistan increased domestic fuel prices today to bring them in line with international oil rates The government raised the price of gasoline to 73.14 rupees (87 cents) a liter from 70.57 and light-diesel oil to 62.20 rupees from 59.47, according to the regulator’s statement on its Web site. The price of kerosene was increased to 64.81 rupees a liter from 61.50. Pakistan imports more than 80 percent of the fuel it uses to meet demand in a nation of 170 million people. Despite of this the people of this country are force to obey the new rules in order to survive in the race of human mankind. The Govt has also do not concern with the well fare of general public and they are pushing back this country far behind from where we left.
