18th Amendment Bill 2010 tabled in NA, Senate

The draft of 18th Amendment Bill 2010 has been presented in both National Assembly and Senate, separately
Some of the proposals presented are:
-Article 58 2 (B) to be repealed
-NWFP renamed to Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa
-Removal of the bar on becoming Prime Minister and chief minister for third time
-All children of age 5-16 be given free education
-Judicial Commission to appoint judges in higher judiciary
-No ad hock judge will be appointed
-Chief Election Commission to be appointed by Prime Minister and Opposition Leader with consultations
-Name of Zia ul Haq removed from the constitution
